Order Processing

Each item is created specifically for your order. Because of this, orders require processing time before shipment.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment

United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations, including the United Kingdom.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Address changes requested after an order has entered production

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we work with reliable carriers and fulfillment partners, shipping delays can occasionally occur.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped

  • If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
